The Reboot
You didn't install this system consciously. The Reboot is about seeing it for the first time — and deciding what to keep.
30 minutes · Diagnostic, not a pitch · No commitment
Most people spend their lives inside a system they never chose.
The beliefs. The patterns. The automatic reactions under pressure. The identity you built to survive the room you were in at 27 — still running, still deciding, long after that room is gone.
You didn't install this system consciously. It was written for you: by early experiences, by what got rewarded, by who you had to become to succeed. And it worked. That's the thing — it worked. Which is exactly why it's still running.
The Reboot is not about optimizing the current system. It's about seeing it for the first time — and deciding what to keep.
Who It's For
- High-performing externally but running on patterns that no longer serve
- At an inflection point — new role, career shift, burnout edge, or a quiet sense the current trajectory isn't right
- Aware that the next chapter requires a different version of yourself — not more strategy, more hustle, more frameworks
- Ready to look at the code underneath the behavior, not just the behavior itself
You've mastered the external game. This is the internal one.
Same You. Different OS.
Before
- ·Running on autopilot
- ·Patterns you recognize but can't seem to interrupt
- ·A gap between who you are externally and who you know you could be
- ·Success that feels hollow because it's optimizing for the wrong thing
After
- You see the code that's been running the show
- Beliefs you actually chose, not ones written for you
- An identity that fits the room you're in now, not the one you survived
- A Personal Operating System — documented, yours, built to last
The 12-Week Arc

Common Questions
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy works backward — into history, into what formed you. Coaching works forward — into where you're going and what's in the way. Therapy is for unresolved past or clinical mental health. Coaching is for "I see it, I just can't move." Neither is better; they serve different needs. If you're unsure which fits your situation, we can talk through it on the discovery call.
I tried coaching before and it didn't work.
Worth understanding why. Most common patterns: the coach was a generalist rather than working at identity level; there was no structured homework between sessions — insights without installation; or the timing wasn't right. What's different now — about where you are or about the approach — is worth a direct conversation before deciding.
What if I don't get results?
I don't promise outcomes — I'd be lying if I did, and you wouldn't trust me if you heard it. What I commit to: showing up properly and asking the questions that move you. You do the other half. Most people who engage seriously with the homework report getting more than they expected. If sessions 2–3 show we're not working, I refund unused sessions.
I need to talk to my partner first.
Worth having that conversation. But the bigger decision underneath is whether you're committed. You don't need your partner to understand coaching — you need them to understand why this moment matters to you. Getting clear on that first tends to make the partner conversation easier.
Not sure this is the right format?
The Reboot is for sustained, identity-level work across 12 weeks. Two other formats might be a better fit depending on where you are:
Coaching Session · 125 EUR · 60–90 min
The entry point. Work on one specific thing. A good way to experience the approach before committing to longer work.
Strategic Session · 500 EUR · 2–3 hours
For a specific decision or crossroads that needs a structured map — values-grounded direction work and a 90-day action plan. One sitting, one output.
