Who exactly is this designed for?

How is this different from a 1:1 coaching session?

The 1:1 session is adaptive — you bring what's most present, we work it. DEVA is structured: eight sessions across five operating domains, with baseline diagnostics in Week 0 and a clear arc. It's for someone who wants systematic change across their operating system, not targeted work on one thing.

What's the time commitment outside of sessions?

Sessions are 90 minutes, roughly weekly. Between sessions, expect 30–60 minutes of reflection and applied work — exercises tied directly to your real context, not abstract homework. The total investment is closer to 3–4 hours per week when integrated into actual decisions.

Can my company sponsor or expense this?
