Who exactly is this designed for?
Founders, CTOs, and Staff+ engineers who carry significant decision load — often in fast-moving or technically complex environments. The program is built around the specific pressures of that role: technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and operating at a level where most problems are people problems in disguise.
How is this different from a 1:1 coaching session?
The 1:1 session is adaptive — you bring what's most present, we work it. DEVA is structured: eight sessions across five operating domains, with baseline diagnostics in Week 0 and a clear arc. It's for someone who wants systematic change across their operating system, not targeted work on one thing.
What's the time commitment outside of sessions?
Sessions are 90 minutes, roughly weekly. Between sessions, expect 30–60 minutes of reflection and applied work — exercises tied directly to your real context, not abstract homework. The total investment is closer to 3–4 hours per week when integrated into actual decisions.
Can my company sponsor or expense this?
Yes. Many participants expense it as professional development or leadership coaching. I can provide documentation. Reach out after the discovery call if you need specifics for your finance team.
